We aim to process all orders placed before 5 p.m. PDT Monday – Friday.

Any orders placed after 5 p.m. PDT Monday – Thursday will be processed the following working day. Orders placed after 5 p.m. PDT Friday, including Saturday and Sunday, will be processed Monday.

Within promotional periods and holiday seasons (including Bank Holidays), our dispatch process may be longer but our Walsh Team are working on your order.

Once dispatched, please allow up to 24 hours for all tracking information to activate.

International Update:

We ship orders directly from our warehouses in China and the UK. Depending on your destination country's customs regulations, import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note, delays can occur from delivery couriers and customs which are out of our control.
